The piece of garbage who killed my friend

I am so angry and frustrated. My friend Paul was stolen from all of us who loved him by an uncaring piece of shit who tried to flee the scene after crashing into him and did not have a valid drivers license. I painted this picture of Jenny and Paul for Jenny shortly after Paul was killed.

Article below from Milford Daily News

A former Franklin resident who was driving drunk and going 100 mph when he killed a Framingham man in an accident last year is going to jail.
Brian F. Harland, 35, was sentenced to three years in the Norfolk County jail yesterday after pleading guilty to manslaughter, drunken driving, leaving the scene of a fatal accident and driving on a suspended license.
He will be on probation for 10 years after he completes his jail term and his license will be suspended for 10 years after his release.
Harland had previously pleaded not guilty to vehicular manslaughter and other charges. He changed his plea in Norfolk County Superior Court in Dedham yesterday; he had faced five to 20 years in jail.
At the time of the accident he listed his address as 1 Garret Drive in Quincy.
At about 10 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2006, Harland was driving north in his Ford pickup when he crossed three lanes of traffic on Interstate 495 in Wrentham. He crashed into a Saturn driven by 21-year-old Paul J. Rudeen Jr. of Framingham, and then tried to leave the accident scene.
Investigators said that witnesses had to surround Harland to keep him from leaving.
He had had a history of drug offenses and at the time of the accident, his license had been suspended until 2009 because of a drug offense.
Rudeen was an aspiring standup comedian and the only child of Paul Rudeen Sr. and Sandra White.
